This Voice triple compartment backpack is a tribute to activist Viola Desmond, an African-Canadian woman recognized for being an example in the fight for civil rights in Canada. It is a women's backpack in shades of gray, blue, ochre and maroon, combined with embroidery and a handcrafted style finish.
